If you’re feeling a little daunted by this research concept, relax. It’s a stage that only needs to use up a small amount of time, and a lot of the preliminary client and designer discussions that happen all fall under the umbrella of research.

The most common form research takes is asking the client to name web sites that he or she likes and dislikes.
Questioning the client further, asking why they like or dislike those web sites—or elements of those sites—is even more helpful. If the client can then explain how those preferences relate to their own brand values that they’re trying to portray—or the functionality they want their own customers to experience—then you have a design brief right there.

With our research complete, and a collection of sources of guidance and inspiration, it’s time to start planning.

Stay away from that computer! Seriously—go and sit away from a computer (there are such places), get some paper and a pen, and start scribbling.

User Acceptance Test

We release the work from our workspace in a form of link to you to review and Comment /Suggest any changes. We take care of them based on your notes and release them as Beta. After you flag that the site is good to go we take a breather and assist you in taking it live to your customers
